Dry Mountain Winery

The beginning of the history of the Dry Mountain winery was laid in 2015. Based on the soil analyzes carried out, a plot on the mountain and 4 SORTa grapes were selected, with which a professional team of winemakers works. The winery creates single varietal wines to show the purity of each variety, which is why they are called SORT.

Vinoterria Restaurant

Another family project is located between Anapa and Novorossiysk: a mini-hotel, Black Sea cuisine restaurant, and the Nesterov winery.
The owners of the complex - hereditary aviator Valery Nesterov, his wife Elena and two daughters - Inna and Anna, are very open and pleasant people, who have been creating comfort and honing service for several years. We will visit this atmospheric place to enjoy a delicious lunch with a glass of wine overlooking the Semigorye terroirs. The peculiarity of the restaurant is the original serving of dishes and the ability of the chef to choose unusual combinations of products. The main values ​​of Vinoterria are hospitality, creativity and the ability to combine family traditions and love for experiments.

Lefkadia Valley

Lefkadia Valley is located on the northern foothills of the Caucasus Mountains, just a few kilometers away from Russia’s Black Sea coast. An agricultural treasure trove for millennia, it has also become a gastronomic destination in our times. Lefkadia Valley is not only about wine, it is a wine-growing area in the Krasnodar Territory with its own wine house, hotel and restaurants.
This is a whole ecosystem with fields, meadows, forests and oak forests. The unique natural conditions and careful approach to the ecology of the region make it possible to create a whole series of farm products from sunflower oil and honey to unpasteurized cheeses and sausages, which go so well with the wines of the region. Viticulture has flourished, as well as sheep herding and local cheese-making – all contributing to a simple yet wonderful cuisine.
Lefkadia Valley combines the cool influence of the Greater Caucasus Range and the warm Black Sea, heavy clay and limestone, glorious French varieties and ancient Georgian ones. The presence of several brands in the valley is predetermined by the variety of soils and microclimates that produce wines that are opposite in style. The task of agronomists and winemakers is to emphasize these features so that each site can play in its own way.
